I love love love US Rx Outreach, they are so patient and caring. I must give a huge shout out to Imani!!!! Every. single. Time. That she is the person who calls me back she is extremely professional, caring, and does whatever she is able to, to help me with any issues I may have. I could not recommend her more, she deserves a raise!

This Pharmacy Experience has changed my way of getting my prescription filled. Everything is done online. It is so easy and helpful to have everything at one central location. I’ve been using US Rx Outreach for quite some time now. I experienced my first hiccup with them about a month ago. In contrast to some of the experiences I’ve read about, they helped me troubleshoot my issue promptly & the interaction left me feeling impressed. Life happens sometimes & this is not a typical occurrence which was also resolved very quickly. The company has a mission that I appreciate which is helping those in need of affordable medications necessary to maintain their health. They make delivery convenient. (even through text) The representatives I’ve spoken with have been eager to help. In recent times they have experienced growth in customers as a company & had to work out some kinks, but I have faith they have taken measures to continue delivering the services they’ve always taken pride in.

I’ve been getting my medication from RxOutreach for close to 8 months now, and it’s been wonderful working with them! Even though there’s been some hiccups along the way they’ve always managed to figure it out for me, I assure some folks on this review page that RxOutreach is miles ahead of some other online pharmacies out there (which I won’t be naming). 5 stars well deserved overall!
